setting out/site Engineer
Slough
Due to continued growth, we are looking for Site Engineer to join our team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £33,000-36,000 / year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Surveying site and Setting out of works
Work with the site team to advise on Sequence and Methodology
Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure plans and drawings are accurate and current
Resolving Technical Problems
Material take-off and timely material requisition and material delivery tracker.
Ensure Projects are delivered Defect free.
Track and communicate design changes to the site team.
Experience:
Proven experience setting out for groundworks, levels, deep drainage, highways, roads, 278 works and earthworks.
Groundworks Experience within Basements, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Hard Landscaping is essential
Be proficient with a range of design software including AutoCAD
Ability to deal with clients & internal staff
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude and willing to learn
Requirements:
Understand scopes of work and project requirements.
Proof of right to work in the UK
Ambitious, Dedicated, Team player
Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
Good IT Skills
Degree, HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent NVQ Level (preferred).
Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
SMSTS / SSSTS- Preferable
CSCS Level – Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager
Full Driving Licence
