we are looking for an office admin assistant to join our team. Please take a look at the relevant details following.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Overall running of the office and delegation of work duties to an administration assistant.

  • Answering calls & responding to email enquiries and requests/liaising with Clients / Contractors etc. Therefore, a proficient command of written and spoken communication skills are necessary.

  • Updating and implementing internal systems for administration and keeping them up to date, e.g., Training, Vehicles, Insurance, Memberships, etc.

  • Control of bookkeeping in the system for our operatives to carry out works / ensuring receipt of works.

  • orders from Clients to facilitate invoicing /purchases.

  • Updating training schedules and booking new courses for staff.

Skills required:

Good Typing speed.

Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Knowledge of Capium accounting systems is an advantage but not necessary as essential training will be provided.

Resilient and able to work using own initiative

Must be an excellent team player with strong attention to detail and highly organized

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: DOE
